How I view….Dinnertime | Cold Spring, MN Photographer

Dinnertime in our house is anything but traditional.  Its not at a scheduled time.  It isn’t formal.  It doesn’t include the whole family 90% of the time.  And I really can’t remember when we have all actually sat together at the dining room table.  If we do eat together, its usually standing around the island or on a chair in the living room.  I know, it sets a bad example, but, as long as we are all together, right?

I have kids that are involved in sports, jobs, school.  I have a husband who works an hour and a half away.  Sometimes we don’t eat supper until 8:00 PM.  Many nights, my daughter is cooking.

We are definitely not traditional.

But we are fed.

Most nights.

Here is one of my quick dinners.  The kids like it. And it tastes even better the next day.

My easy peasy stroganoff.

Brown hamburger, boil noodles.

Add Ingredients.  And watch so the noodles don’t boil over.

Rinse the noodles.  Stay hydrated.

I tried these biscuits.  I got them at Sam’s Club.  The kids really liked them.

Enjoy your meal….

In the living room or where ever your family eats together!!
